    My personal choice is a Scope brand 7×15x50 zoom. The BIG difference between what you spec is the fact that you won’t be able to use the 20×50’s with out a tripod. The 8×16x40 is a rather narrow field of vision. It really depends on what you plan to use them for. Some of the other things to look for is what kind of lens coating they have. As an armature astronomer (using my Scope binoculars along with my telescope) I went with amber lenses for night vision. You also want an adjustable lens on one side as none of our eyes see exactly the same.
