it is a T road light the bulb on other half is blown on 0:06 you can see the top cross bar to light and the top of the lamp post

There’s more there than an orb. Or a planes image with blinding strobes.
You’ll need a wide angle to all of it.
Often thought what binocs would do, Looks well worth the effort, thanks for posting.
