I you use a PC with either Windows 2000, Windows XP or Mac OSX you probably don’t need any software. You need a cable that will let you plug the camera into a computer’s USB port. From the computer the camera is not a camera but a pen drive that has pictures on it. You can the copy the picture on the camera onto your PC. You can clear the memory fo the camera by draging the pictures in the camera (not the copies you moved on the PC) into the trash and then empting the trash.
